The “Fan the Flame” Teaching Week involves five evenings of song, teaching, prayer and sacramental ministry and we will explore the basic Christian themes of Baptism (our belonging to Christ), Grace (the free gifts of God’s love) The Cross (reconciliation), Resurrection (healing) and the Eucharist (thanksgiving). The week will help us to focus on the basics of our faith in order that it may be rekindled in us. Our own understanding of what we think our Christian faith means, in terms of beliefs and action, is going to be stretched! This is “our” week and everyone is welcome and encouraged to take a full part in it.
We will be joined by two missioners, Fr Henry Pryse and Fr Timothy Rawdon-Mogg SSC, who will help to lead us through our “Fan the Flame” Week and we look forward to welcoming them to Cranford.
